Learning a New Skillset

For many women, stepping into the Hunter’s Table is just as much of a learning curve as stepping into the field.

Breaking down an animal.
Understanding different cuts.
Learning how to cook lean meat properly.

It is a process.

And like anything else in the outdoors, it takes time and repetition.

Mistakes will happen. Meals will not always turn out the way you planned. But each experience builds confidence and skill.

Over time, you begin to understand how to work with the meat instead of against it.

You learn when to cook hot and fast.
When to go low and slow.
When to add fat and when to let the natural flavor stand on its own.

And that is when everything starts to come together.
