GLOCK 19 Gen6: Familiar, Refined and Easy to Carry

I like that GLOCK didn't try to turn the Gen6 into something completely different just for the sake of calling it new. It still has that familiar simplicity the brand is known for. The changes are concentrated in the areas where you're actually interacting with the gun… the grip, trigger, slide and optic setup.

At the end of the day, I can read specifications all afternoon, but what matters to me is how a pistol feels when I actually use it.

And the GLOCK 19 Gen6 just works for me.

The size is right. The grip fits my hands. It’s slim enough to conceal without feeling like I gave up the benefits of a larger pistol. It shoots incredibly comfortably for me, and everything about it feels easy and natural.

This is my new everyday handgun without question.

If you’ve been curious about Gen6, go put one in your hands and, where available, try one at a range. What works for me won't necessarily be the perfect fit for every shooter, but this one absolutely earned a permanent spot in my lineup.
